What this covers

This policy applies to the NextByte website only. It does not cover applications or websites we build for clients; those are covered by the client's own policies and our agreement with them.

Information you give us

If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and email address
• Company name and phone number, if you provide them
• The service you're interested in, if you choose one
• Your message

Information collected automatically

When you send the contact form we also record your IP address and basic browser details. We use these only to prevent spam and abuse, for example to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Services we use

Contact form messages are stored securely in our own database and delivered to our inbox by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend processes the message only to deliver it to us.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
